We know how important your furry friends are to you, which is why we allow pets at all of our properties, including pet dogs!

Two pets per apartment
No breed restrictions
Dogs must be under 80 lbs fully grown. Two pet dogs are allowed, but their combined weight must not exceed 80 lbs.
Cost for Your Furry Friend
Pet Deposit: $200
Pet Fee (non-refundable): $150*
* Additional Pet Fee of $50 (non-refundable) for a second dog.
Pet Rent (dogs only): $35/month per dog
